The Service does not provide Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), Government-issued digital certificates, or Legal advice.

You agree to provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and accept responsibility for all account activity.
You retain ownership of all documents uploaded. By using the service, you grant us a limited license solely to store and process documents to facilitate signing workflows.
You are solely responsible for document content, signer authorization, and legal validity of transactions in your jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you agree to conduct transactions electronically. Electronic signatures may carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures in certain jurisdictions.
Records are provided for informational and evidentiary purposes. We do not guarantee they satisfy specific legal requirements in every jurisdiction.
You agree not to abuse API resources. We may limit, throttle, or suspend API access at our discretion.

XCESSLOGIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

Documents and account information are stored on servers located within the European Union.
Deleted Accounts: Documents may be retained for up to three (3) months before permanent removal.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for six (6) months may be scheduled for removal.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their information by contacting support@xcesslogic.com.
